Kinderballet is relatively new and growing fast - we are always evolving and improving to provide children with a unique and imaginative introduction to classical ballet.

We have a very low turnover of teachers, which reflects how much they love what they do.

• We provide everything you'll need to teach for us (except the basics like portable stereo and outfit)
• You don't have to buy anything from us
• You don't pay for training
• We provide you with classes in your area and offer a petrol allowance if you have to travel further
• Days and times to suit you (as much as possible - most of our classes are weekday mornings)
• We provide you with props and music
• Teachers DO NOT receive payments nor are they expected to chase people for payments
• Our pay rates are competitive, especially when you consider that we do not expect much more of our teachers than to just take the class
• Teachers are expected to attend a compulsory orientation day before the beginning of each term

Our teachers are crucial to our succes so we are very selective. What we'll require from you:

• *Responsibility* - in looking after the children placed in your care
• Ballet teaching experience and/or Ballet teaching qualifications
• Experience working with young children
• Ability to deal with parents
• Hold a current (or willing to apply for) a 'Working with Children' card or 'Blue Card' (depending on your state)
• A passion for teaching young children
• Caring & Reliable
• Preferably, your own Car - makes it easier!
